FAQ

Delivery questions

Will you carry it in?

On van deliveries, yes, within reason. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, so please have someone available to help unload.

What if I am not in?

We agree a delivery window with you and call ahead. If nobody is available, a second delivery is charged.

How is it packed?

Finished pieces are boxed with corner protection. Trade parts are stacked and strapped with protective board between faces. Let us know if your order needs extra protection.

Something arrived damaged

Photograph the damage before unpacking further and send us the photos on the day of delivery. We will recut any damaged parts.
